Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Standard shipping usually takes 7-10 business days. For any shipping updates, you will receive updates via email used at checkout.

Yes, we do ship internationally. However, shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination.

Yes, you can track your order by logging into your account or using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns FAQ:

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for the return.

If the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped, we will handle return cost. Otherwise, The customer is responsible for the cost of return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take a few days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
